- Our Care Team -

We only hire on skilled, trained, and qualified professionals to provide home care services directly

At Puddle of Hearts Home Care, we know you can’t invite just anyone into your loved one's home.  This is why we make sure every member of our caregiver team is professional and well-trained. We conduct a thorough screening and interviewing process to identify the best providers, and only those who pass this process go on to complete training to deliver our Puddle of Hearts care to clients. What truly sets us apart from other home health agencies is our caregivers and their natural gift for caring for others.

Anyone on our team that wants to help provide in-home care must pass multiple background checks.  They are also required to already possess or obtain the required qualifications.  This way they are always bettering themselves by sharpening the skills they already have, as well as learning new ones. To protect our clients and their families each member of our team is bonded, insured, and covered by workers' compensation insurance.

Our dedicated caregivers are carefully screened and trained to help seniors maintain their independence, connection to their communities and well-being. From getting to an appointment or preparing healthy foods, we truly help seniors live healthier, safer, and more joyful lives. We believe in-home care is more than just doing a task for someone else when you truly care for someone, it starts in the heart.
